PRINTING

Each print is custom made to order. That means when you purchase an image, we go and print it based on your request. Each print will be signed and numbered. Limited edition prints are never re-stocked once sold out, they are strictly limited to only 100 copies.

Please note each printed image includes a white border which may range between 3-5cm depending on the size of the print that you order.

Images are printed on either two paper stocks specified in the image selection page;
310gsm Edition Etching Rag museum-grade 100% cotton Fine Art archival paper. It has a smooth texture reminiscent of the original etching and printmakers papers.
310gsm Platine Fibre Rag, museum-grade 100% Cotton Satin finish archival paper, giving a traditional photographic aesthetic. All paper is Acid free.
Your print will be rolled in a tube and ready to frame. If requested, we also offer framing, currently in Australia only. All International orders will receive their print in a tube.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Each print is custom made to order, please allow 5 days for production time. Please allow 3-5 Business days for Domestic Shipping and 1-3 weeks for international shipping. We do everything we can to ensure your prints are delivered as soon as possible; occasionally short delays can occur if we have just released a new work and have some high volume orders at the same time. Thank you for your understanding.

Postage is AUD$25 flat rate anywhere in Australia. AUD$55 flat rate for International shipping. If you prefer, you may pick up direct from Sydney, please enquire here or call +61 423 063 686 for this option.

Framing for orders within Australia available upon request. An additional fee of shipment will apply determined by the weight of the frame. Alternatively please enquire here or call +61 423 063 686 for direct pick up option.

All prints are sent from Australia, please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fee and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of these taxes in order for the country you are shipping to, allowing them to release the print items to you. Angela Pelizzari is unable to advise of these extra costs. Please be aware of these fees before placing an International order.

RETURNS

Each print is custom made, so in order to preserve edition numbers and limited edition quantities, all orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

DAMAGED GOODS

Products deemed to be damaged upon arrival may qualify for replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and the item must be received within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging.
